There are two types of Technical Publications available in either electronic or printed formats for Robertson’s Survivable Fuel Systems (SFS): Operator’s Manuals and Maintenance Manuals. The Operator’s Manual provides descriptions and operations, operating limits and restrictions, weight/balance and loading, performance data, normal procedures, and emergency procedures. The Maintenance Manual provides descriptions, principles of operation, preventative maintenance, checks and services, maintenance instructions, trouble shooting procedures, and an illustrated parts list. Technical Publications can be tailored to customer's needs on a case-by-case basis.
Robertson offers CMSD and optional life cycle support for its Survivable Fuel Systems (SFS) and ancillary equipment. CMSD is tailored to provide options for increased life cycle support through maintenance, sustainment management, and reset for many items in the customer’s inventory. Specifically, if SFS are not properly maintained and stored, the expense to overhaul or replace can be substantial, thus making SFS and its ancillary equipment excellent candidates for storage management. Robertson can provide customized storage facilities and several life cycle support options to assist in maintaining SFS readiness.
Field Service Representatives (FSR) can be provided on a yearly, monthly, or itinerant as required (on-call) basis to perform on-site advisory support at a customer's location for evaluation, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement parts support with minimal disruption to unit operations. During the on-site visit, and to the extent feasible, Robertson will train customer contractor support personnel in the appropriate inspection/evaluation methods and procedures to improve day-to-day operations and equipment availability.
Robertson offers overhaul services for its Survivable Fuel Systems (SFS) and ancillary equipment. Overhaul returns the functionality to original equipment conditions, excluding normal wear and tear. The overhaul process can consist of a disassembly and inspection, container overhaul, system or component overhaul, and refinishing.
